Small size, big challenge.
Indigo designed, built, financed and now operates the Mayfair Park Lane car park which opened in 1997 under a 125 year lease. The car park is managed to the highest standard which is demanded by the users and residents of one of London’s most prestigious areas. Although small in size it offered a big challenge and the 304 space car park is staffed 24/7, 365 days a year.
The car park has regular patrols and a CCTV system on every floor - which also monitors pedestrian access for added security to the users. There are numerous help and intercom points, high lighting levels, clear signage, stringent cleaning schedules and a public address system - all designed to help make visitors feel safe and secure.
Catering for all users
Indigo designed the car park to be fully accessible to all users including disabled customers with designated bays and wheelchair ramps to the entrance. Additionally we offer contract parking to local businesses as well as a number of long term leases for exclusive customers situated on their own private floor.
Indigo strives to develop the latest technology throughout all its sites and integrated the ‘Chip Coin’ technology instead of the paper ticket at Mayfair; this not only reduced operational costs but worked in line with the client’s and Indigo’s environmental policies. Our capabilities in this field shone through at the Mayfair contract where users and residents demand the very highest standards in service.
