Good management – Vinci Park UK staff recognised by the Chartered Management Institute
Employees from Vinci Park UK were recently accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) following an intensive 12 month training programme in management skills.
At an event in London’s St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, Managers and Supervisors from Vinci Park were awarded CMI Level 2 and 3 qualifications recognising their skills in management following a programme of seminars, assignments and exams. The awards were presented by Naomi Riches MBE, gold medalist at the London 2012Paralympic Games.
The training forms a part of Vinci Park’s wider employee development programme, working closely with the British Parking Association and Professionals Skills Development Board to drive high standards in the industry.
Vinci Park UK has had an accredited training programme since 2001. The company’s induction and development programme includes training courses which offer nationally recognised qualifications – such as National Vocational Qualifications, Chartered Management Institute and City & Guilds which are transferable within and outside of the parking management industry.
